Global distributor and wholesaler Alliance Entertainment Holding Corp. acquired Handmade by Robots, a brand known for its line of vinyl collectible figures.

This acquisition aligns with Alliance Entertainment’s focus on expanding its portfolio of licensed products and further growing its collectibles division.
Alliance Entertainment acquired Handmade by Robots from Bensussen Deutsch & Associates LLC (BDA). BDA and Alliance Entertainment will work together to support Handmade by Robots’ growth.

This acquisition will launch us into the licensed collectible business, leveraging our strong relationships with entertainment licensors to create a wide range of iconic characters.
