Mattel has appointed Natalia Premovic as Chief Consumer Products and Experiences Officer, effective Jan. 5, 2026. In the role, Premovic oversees Mattel’s global consumer products, experiences, publishing, and location-based entertainment businesses, reporting to Chairman and CEO Ynon Kreiz.

“We welcome Natalia to Mattel at an exciting time for the company, as we continue to expand our entertainment offering and capture more value from our IP,” Kriez says.
Premovic joins Mattel from Netflix, where she built the company’s consumer products business from the ground up. As Head of Consumer Products for the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, she also led global e-commerce initiatives and managed teams responsible for more than 150 partnerships worldwide.
During her tenure, she helped advance major initiatives, including Netflix House, and played a key role in translating series such as Stranger Things, Bridgerton, One Piece, Squid Game, and KPop Demon Hunters into multi-billion-dollar franchise ecosystems.
Prior to Netflix, Premovic spent more than a decade at The Walt Disney Company in senior roles focused on global product management and retail channel strategy. Her work included launching new business models across Disney’s franchise portfolio, developing retail partnerships such as Disney Stores at Target, and contributing to the growth of ShopDisney.com.
“Her expertise building and scaling global consumer products businesses at pace bodes well for Mattel’s next chapter as we accelerate our growth in entertainment,” Kriez adds.
