Established in 1998, AT Licensing & Merchandising Limited HK is the Licensing Agent of Tezuka Productions in Asia, handling Merchandise Licensing, Promotion Licensing, and Retail Promotion of Tezuka IPs in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam. Major Tezuka IPs include: Astro Boy, Black Jack, Jungle Emperor Leo, Princess Knight, The Phoenix, Three-Eyed One, Unico, Dororo, and more. In 2006, AT set up a rep office in Shanghai China.
