The Korea Culture Contents Licensing Association (KOCLA) is the leading licensing and consulting association in South Korea. KOCLA was founded and established in 2005 with the aim of further expanding the character and brand licensing businesses in Korea. Currently, there are 140 members and so KOCLA helps our members unfold and place their properties, brand potential and value to worldwide territories. KOCLA is the gateway to IP licensing business at Korea and to the rest of the world.
